RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- To exchange a product, please contact on contact@vibeinstore.com with subject you have within 5 days of receiving the item.
- There are quality check list done by our team and then our team would approve or decline for exchange.
- We do not accept returns that are
- The product is returned after use
- the products is damaged or any stain on it
- Once the exchange is confirmed it has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking id our team will sent on the given mail of the customer.
- Once we received the returned item we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
- If you received a defective product send us the photo and videos on contact@vibeinstore.in within 24-48 hours.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size and only once.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
- Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.
- In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
